Arthritis Foundation JA days provide a safe and secure experience for families of children and teens with juvenile arthritis and childhood rheumatic diseases. Families and kids gain a greater understanding of juvenile arthritis, connect with others, increase independence and self-confidence and discover new skills and interests.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. All JA families are welcome to attend. Complimentary bowling will be provided for the first 50 child registrants (includes siblings). Parents will enjoy the opportunity to meet and network with other local families, learn more about the Arthritis Foundation and hear from great speakers.
Refreshments will be provided.
JA Days are a great experience for children with juvenile arthritis (JA), their parents, caregivers and siblings. The greatest benefit of these programs is getting to meet and network with other families who are affected by JA and share some of the same feelings, experiences and concerns. It's a place to exchange ideas, give and receive encouragement, make new friends and know you're not alone.
